Our Story

यस स्थानमा लिम्बू जाति आदिकाल देखि बसो बासो गरेर आएता पनि तारिक २६ जुलाई १९२५. मा स्वर्गीय मैतसिङ केरुङ थेगीमको सभा अध्यक्षतमा आफ्नै वासस्थान, दुंग्रा बस्ती कालेबुङ लिम्बू भाषा, संस्कृति तथा लिपी साथै लिम्बू जातिको उत्थान विषयमा एउटा सभा राखेर त्यसदिन मात्र लिम्बू सभाको कमिटी गठन गरेका थिए।
n which the Chairman Mr. Maitsingh Kerung Thegim, Secretary, Mr. Wise Chemjong, other members are Haruma Mr. Jas Bahadur Songpagbe, Mr. Harkadal Makhim Mr. Jeet Bahadur Thekelehang Thegim, Mr. Hansraj Thekelehang Thegim, Mr. Dhanwaz Fenduwa, Mr. Kulhang Chemjong, Mr. Nirmal Angling and Mr. Imansingh Chemjong were there.
यस चुम्लुङ सभाको स्थापनालाई समस्त विश्वभरिका लिम्बू समुदायको निम्ति एउटा प्रथम माइलखुट्टी सज्यो भन्नमा यहाँ अत्युक्ति नहोला।

Undoubtedly we have no questions to ask which are unanswerable. We must trust the perfection of the creation so far, as to believe that whatever curiosity the order of things has awakened in our minds, the order of things can satisfy.
